This portfolio will serve as a professional collection of my skills, achievements, and career development as I progress through the Information Technology program at Century College.

Introduction Page

This section will introduce who I am as a student and aspiring IT professional. It will include my name, my program at Century College, a short professional summary, and my long-term career interests. This page sets the tone for the rest of the portfolio and shows employers who I am and what motivates me.

Skills Section

This area will highlight the skills I am building throughout my program. It will include both technical and soft skills such as networking fundamentals, cybersecurity basics, troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and problem solving. As I progress through my coursework, this section will expand to reflect new abilities and strengths.

Certifications Section

Certifications play a significant role in this field. I’m already certified in CompTIA A+ and Network+, which cover essential troubleshooting and networking skills. Next year, I’m planning to earn CompTIA Security+ and prepare for the Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) certification. These certifications show employers my commitment to building technical skills and help me stand out among applicants.

Projects Section

This will be one of the most important parts of my portfolio. It will eventually include hands-on projects from Century College, lab assignments, cybersecurity exercises, and personal projects. Each project will include a title, a short description, and the skills demonstrated. This section will grow over time as I complete more advanced coursework.

Resume Section

This part will include a copy of my professional resume. As I gain more experience, certifications, and technical skills, I will update this section to reflect my progress. The resume section provides employers with a clear snapshot of my background and qualifications.

Career Goals

This section will outline my short-term and long-term career goals. Short-term goals include finishing my Century College IT program, gaining entry-level experience, and completing certifications like Security+ and AZ-500. Long-term goals involve moving into cybersecurity roles, building advanced cloud security skills, and committing to lifelong learning in the IT field.

Reflection Section

This area will give me space to reflect on my learning experiences. I will write short summaries about what I have learned in each course, challenges I have overcome, and how these experiences are preparing me for my future career. This section will help show growth, self-awareness, and professional maturity.
